A booking is confirmed only after a 50% advance payment of the total cost is received. This advance payment is non-refundable and final. Upon confirmation, a receipt will be sent automatically to your WhatsApp from our business number, 01856488966. Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra charge and is subject to availability. All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.

For your safety, we use 24/7 CCTV surveillance and smart card lock systems. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms, and a cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. The possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, and other dangerous goods is strictly prohibited. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted on the property.
